Purpose
The League is formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and to foster national or international amateur sports competition., and no part of the League's activities shall involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue law).
It is the intent and purpose of the league to provide equal opportunities for participation and inclusion in league activities to all athletes, coaches, training, managers, officials, administrators, and volunteers associated with the league.
